Amy WallaceAmy thank you so much for joining me here today! First, if you have not had a chance to read my review on CWO please go here, also on CWO Amy Wallace is giving away a copy of her Enduring Justice book (believe me you will want to enter).

1. Would you tell us a little bit about your new book Enduring Justice?

Enduring Justice is the third book in the Defenders of Hope series, and the one book that contains more of my story than any other novel I’ve written. Here’s a short blurb: (click here to read more)

Healing Promises Blog Tour….

Clint and Steven work for Crimes Against Children Unit. While saving a young child Clint is shot. This ends up being a blessing because hospital tests reveal he has cancer.

Clint attacks his cancer the same way he attacks life-head on. But his wife Sara’s world is rock. She is grateful the cancer was found but feels guilty because being an oncologist she should have seen the signs. Clint being the stubborn person he is still is working off hours to uncover the identity of a child serial killer before any other children are hurt.

This is Amy Wallace’s second book in her Defenders of Hope series (first one being Ransomed Dreams). This second book focuses on Clint and Sara’s journey in wondering if God is with them.

Beginning May 1st be sure to check out Christian Women Online’s Book Buzz. Amy will be visiting us and there will be a chance to win a gift pack (does the word Starbucks, chocolate, & reading entice you) .

Mark it on your calendar, but also visit some of the great sights below.

Ransomed Dreams by Amy Wallace

Ransomed Dreams by Amy Wallace. This book grabbed me on page one and did not let me go until I was finished with the last page, last sentence, last word. This book was awesome! Oh did I tell you this is her first book? I will be honest, I did not expect much since she is a first time author, but all I have to say is “step aside Dee Henderson”, there has to be room at the top for Amy!!! Amy has grabbed my heart.

Oh you probably want to know a little about the book.

Gracie Lang lives every mother’s nightmare, and Steven Kessler learns how to find his way back to God after walking away. I am not going to give anything way, you have to get the book. But through Gracie you learn how important forgiveness is if you ever plan on moving forward after pain. God commands us to forgive, but some things in life are just unforgivable (at least in our own human eyes), but through Gracie and Steven we learn it is only by the power of Christ that we can forgive ANYTHING.

What I like about this book was they are imperfect people, who lived imperfect lives, and God never let them go. Also, Gracie and Steve displayed real feelings, not the platitude feelings. They showed us it is ok to be angry with God and to show your anger, God can take anything you dish out.

Amy thank you for writing real characters who display real feelings and also showing us the power of God’s grace and mercy. I am going to be anxiously looking forward to more of your books. I think God has a lot planned for you.
